The Appartement, named ‘Contades’ in honour of the General Marquis of Contades-Gizeux, is a self-catering cottage located in the main part of the château, with its own entrance. This privileged space allows you to organise your stay in Touraine region in complete tranquillity, in the heart of a peaceful and restful setting. On the ground floor, you'll find: a fully-equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher); a dining room with authentic charm; separate bathroom facilities; a vast lounge-library with flat-screen TV and piano, where you can relax in a soothing, refined atmosphere; a large, comfortable sofa-bed in the lounge (sleeps 2); an elegant bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160 x 200 or 2 beds 80 x 200); a cosy boudoir (1 extra bed for a child or baby possible); a large shower room (accessible to PRM) with walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find: a delightful bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160 x 200 or 2 beds 80 x 200, with the option of adding extra beds for children); WC and a fully-equipped shower room, with washing machine/dryer. The Château also has a heated outdoor swimming pool, open from May to September. Secure and out of sight, you can enjoy a swim in complete peace of mind, with comfortable garden furniture.
