9. Hoteliers, independent professionals, are free to vary their prices at any time.
11. Claims, litigationAny complaint must be made to the hotelier within 8 days of the date of stay.In the absence of recourse to the procedure of conventional mediation or to any alternative mode of settlement of the disputes within a period 30 days, each of the parties will be able to seize the competent judicial jurisdiction.

14.
